8.Experience in mechanical processing, bending and stamping or the assembly of electronic and electrical products;

Inspector: (Office: Nantong/Suzhou)

1.Senior high school background or above; age requirement: 25-45; No color-blindness or color-weakness;

2.Capable of reading mechanical drawings;  

3.Capable of using calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments;

4.Have a certain knowledge of machining and sheet metal processing;

5.Relevant working experience is preferred.

 

PMC Manager: (Office: Nantong)

1.CET-4 or above; working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise is preferred, especially European and American enterprises;

2. Review of sales order and dynamic analysis of production capacity load (calculate and analyze production capacity, qualified rate, standard working hours, equipment failure rate, etc.);

3.When the production capacity is limited, do outsourcing planning & control and time & cost analysis;

4.Plan, organize and implement master production schedule;

5.Plan, organize and implement material requirements planning;

6.Make safety stock plan and formulate document system;

7.Handle properly abnormal production in time to ensure a consistent production;

8.Responsible for the training, communication and coordination for the team;

9.Cooperate actively with colleagues for the development of the company, reduce costs and strictly implement JIT;

Warehouse Supervisor / Manager: (Office: Nantong)

1.College degree or above, CET-4 or above, at least 3 years of working experience in warehousing and the related;

2.Working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise is preferred; familiar with the working process of foreign enterprises;

3.Familiar with warehouse operation process; experience in ERP system operation is preferred;

4.Leadership experience in warehouse management to ensure the normal process of material-receiving and packaging & delivery of goods;

5.Implement and improve warehouse rules and regulations, standardize operation standards and processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs;

6.Scientific management of storage location of goods, put forward improvement plan to ensure a greater utilization of the warehouse;

7.Supervise the implementation of stock count, do analysis of the count result and put forward improvement plans;

1.CET-4 or above, working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise is preferred, especially European and American enterprises;

2.Familiar with related mechanical equipment and have a solid knowledge of safety production;

Sales Project Manager: (Office: Nantong)

1.CET-4 or above and working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise are preferred, especially European and American enterprises;

2.Responsible for market development, sales of products and complete the annual sales plan of the company's products;

3.To improve sales performance, control the cost, expand the sales of products in its targeting area, and actively complete the sales target, in accordance to the company’s marketing strategy;

4.Submit business analysis report to leaders regularly. Submit work plan and summary;

5.Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of sales data;

6.Strictly implement rules and regulations of the company and actively cooperate with the leader's arrangement;

7.Keep track of accounts receivables and follow up collection in time;

8.Experience in mechanical processing, bending and stamping or the assembly of electronic and electrical products;

Business specialist: (Office: Suzhou)

1.College degree or above; CET-4 or above; fresh graduates are also welcome;

2.Responsible for communication with customers, understand and analyze customer needs, maintain good customer relationship, and bridge the communication between customers and the company;

3.Offer customer quotation in time and follow up subsequent process; 

4.Process orders in time. If there is any change of delivery date, confirm with the customer in time;

5.Arrange the delivery of goods and deal with abnormal situation in time;

6.Check and follow up accounts receivable;

7.Provide sales report timely;

8.Handle customer complaints, analyze root causes and inform the supervisor;

9.Report to the responsible sales as soon as a customer abnormality is found;

10.Assist salesperson to achieve sales targets and offer other assistance;
